I want to make it clear that, for a long time already, and even by the effects of the analysis that, without any choice, I have made upon what’s been happening in the working world, I’ve decided I don’t want to manage human resources (please read: tools, to whom you don’t ask for opinions, even though they have a soul, and, therefore, are able to generate those opinions and to try to prove them in an involved and committed way), even for what it implies in my own daily professional intervention: I support people development, not restraining control.
Quero um mundo melhor, em que as pessoas consigam ser felizes não com o que têm individualmente, mas com o que partilham: o mundo em todas as suas vertentes, desde os recursos naturais, quaisquer que sejam (couves, petróleo, peixes, seres humanos, e todas as outras categorias de recursos que, no seu ritmo próprio, a natureza deste planeta chamado Terra nos dá, gratuitamente, todos os dias), até às ideias.
I want a better world, in which people can be happy, not related to the goods and gadgets that they particularly have gathered, but with what they share: the world in all its aspects, from natural resources, whichever those are (cabbage, oil, fish, human beings, and all other categories of resources that, in its special and particular pace, the nature in this planet we call earth is giving us, for free, every single day), to ideas.

I am absolutely sure, for all the examples I’ve been happy to be involved with or know by closely watching them, that, if we allow people to have a chance of inputting their opinion towards any ‘change to be better’ movement, aiming improvement and development, their commitment at the moment the solution is being implemented is exponentially superior to the one that somebody else, ‘hired’, as a tool which could not possibly be avoided, to do that same task would be able to show in that ‘change for the better’ movement.
